Easy Day Tour Cancellation Policy: 

Most reservations (those with a grand total under US$700) can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the tours departure for a full refund.  Cancellations within the 48 hour period prior to the tours departure will receive a 50% refund.  There is no refund for "no shows", or the failure to be at the correct pick up location at the correct time. 

Special Note for tours with a grand total of US$700 or more:   Tours with a grand total of US$700 or more (or a combination of tours totaling more than US$700 within a seven day period) can be canceled up to 30 days prior to the tours departure for a full refund.  Cancellations from 30 days to 48 hours prior to the tours departure will receive a 50% refund.  There is no refund for cancellations within the 48 hour period prior the the tours departure.  There is also no refund for "no shows", or the failure to be at the correct pick up location at the correct time.

Overnight tours and backpacking trips have a separate cancellation policy detailed in the overnight tour registration packet.

Arizona is on Mountain Standard Time all year round (i. e. Arizona does not change time for daylight savings).  Please verify the correct time in Arizona carefully if you are traveling from out of state.
